Summer Ball Band

Once upon a time when many of us were students and for those of you who still are, we have fond memories of brilliant student events and dancing with friends through to the small hours, usually to a fantastic live party band playing favourites from our personal play lists. As part of our annual schedule we often perform at Student Events and Universities across the UK. Things to take into account when organising a Summer Ball

In the first instance we believe that when considering booking or a live music band or if you hire other entertainment for the event which is your summer ball, your guests will truly remember the evening if they leave the party having had the time of their lives at a cost reasonable to themselves. Simply labelling your event a ‘summer ball,’ charging lot’s of money and expecting people to turn up is perhaps a little optimistic, you may be lucky and attract big numbers, but people will not return to an expensive event unless they have had a great time, i.e. danced the night away to a highly entertaining live summer ball band playing great music. Even if your summer ball is a free event, it can still be a costly event for guests to attend, taking in to account the dress hire, taxi hire and accommodation charges.

As summer comes but once a year (if we are lucky) Summer Balls are not surprisingly annual event’s and there is always the perpetual problem of ensuring this years summer ball is better than last years, especially if the person responsible for organising last years event was annoyingly good at it.

If you find yourself in a position where upon you are the organiser of the next summer ball, it is advisable to stay within the known methods of success, especially if it’s an event for students. summer ball bands are always a favourite of students and personal taste should never take preference over what is required for the job, remember there are many people to provide entertainment for and many people to please.

Ensure the ball is fun, make it exciting and hopefully everyone will talk about how great it was for weeks to follow. To help your summer ball be the best it can it makes sense to hire a party band playing live music and one with entertainment at the top of their programme.
